Welcome to the Outdoors LLC ("WTTO," "we," "us," or "our") operates welcometotheoutdoors.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You may use the site only if you are able to form a binding agreement with WTTO and are not barred from using the site under applicable law. The site is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, you should use the site only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
What WTTO is
WTTO is a research and configuration platform for truck campers and related accessories. We help buyers compare campers, build configurations, and send buyer-ready build sheets to participating brands.
WTTO is not a camper manufacturer, dealer, installer, lender, or insurer. WTTO does not manufacture, install, finance, insure, or warrant campers sold by third-party manufacturers.
Saved builds and site basics
You may use WTTO for personal, non-commercial camper research, saved builds, comparison, configuration, and shopping. Saved builds, estimates, cart state, truck selections, and form drafts may depend on browser storage, email links, or third-party services that can change or become unavailable.
You are responsible for keeping any saved-build links, email access, device access, and information you submit to WTTO accurate and secure.
Specs, pricing, availability, fitment, and safety
We work to keep specs, pricing, lead times, compatibility notes, and option logic accurate, but those items can change. Some pages may show fields as still being verified while data is being finalized.
Final product availability, option availability, exact pricing, taxes, fees, freight, install costs, and delivery timing are controlled by the relevant manufacturer or merchant, not WTTO.
WTTO tools may estimate compatibility, pricing, weight, payload, and fitment, but those estimates are for research only. You are responsible for verifying final camper fitment, payload, gross vehicle weight rating, axle ratings, installation requirements, tie-down requirements, legal requirements, and safe operation with the manufacturer, installer, dealer, vehicle manufacturer, or another qualified professional before purchase or use.
Build Requests and manufacturer communications
When you submit a Build Request, you are asking WTTO to share your selected camper, selected options, vehicle details, prior-contact answers, optional decision-context note, and contact details with the relevant manufacturer so they can follow up about that configured build.
When you submit a Build Request, you authorize WTTO to send the request to the manufacturer you selected and to send you transactional messages related to that request. You also authorize the selected manufacturer to contact you about that configured build using the contact information you provided, subject to the consent language shown on the Build Request form and applicable law.
Do not submit a Build Request unless you are ready for the selected manufacturer to contact you about that build.
Submission of a build request does not create a purchase contract with WTTO, reserve inventory, lock pricing, or guarantee that a brand will accept or honor a specific configuration exactly as shown on the site.
Compensation and disclosure
WTTO may receive compensation from participating brands for setup work, shoot logistics, content/page buildout, platform services, and completed-sale success fees. Under the current partner program, a brand may pay a shoot setup fee and may owe WTTO a success fee only if a WTTO Build Request later results in a completed camper sale under WTTO's partner program with that brand. WTTO does not charge buyers to submit Build Requests.
Partner compensation does not control WTTO rankings, comparisons, reviews, or editorial coverage. It also does not make WTTO the seller of third-party products, and it does not change the need for buyers to verify final details directly with the manufacturer or merchant before purchasing.
Where WTTO receives compensation from a brand, merchant, or partner in connection with a page, offer, link, review, recommendation, or Build Request flow, WTTO will provide disclosure in plain language where required or appropriate, in addition to the disclosures in these terms and our How WTTO Gets Paid page.
Accessories and merchant transactions
Some accessory pages may link to third-party merchants, and some accessory purchases may be processed through WTTO's Shopify-backed store. The applicable product page, checkout page, or order confirmation will identify the seller or merchant of record where reasonably practical.
For third-party merchant transactions, WTTO is not responsible for the merchant's pricing, availability, shipping, returns, warranties, or fulfillment after you leave WTTO or complete a transaction with that merchant.
For products sold directly by WTTO, the checkout, product page, or related store policy will control order acceptance, shipping, returns, refunds, taxes, and fulfillment terms.
Buyer bonuses, store credits, and incentives
WTTO may offer small buyer bonuses, store credits, digital perks, badges, app trials, review incentives, or similar benefits for qualifying Build Requests, owner reviews, orders, or other eligible actions. Specific eligibility rules, expiration dates, redemption instructions, limits, and conditions will be shown with the relevant offer when available.
WTTO may reject, cancel, or withhold an incentive if we believe the claim is duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, ineligible, or inconsistent with the offer terms.
If WTTO offers an incentive for a review or owner submission, the incentive is not conditioned on the review being positive, negative, or favorable to WTTO or any manufacturer.
User submissions and owner content
If you submit feedback, corrections, reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, build information, owner reports, or other content to WTTO, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit it. You retain any ownership rights you have in your submitted content.
By submitting content, you grant WTTO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, edit, display, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from that content for WTTO editorial, research, marketing, platform, and business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and any submission-specific terms shown at the time of upload. This license includes the right to use any name, username, likeness, image, voice, vehicle, camper, or other identifying information included in the content, to the extent permitted by law and the submission-specific terms.
You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful. WTTO may remove, edit, decline, or stop using submitted content at any time.
WTTO content and site materials
The site, including text, photos, videos, graphics, camper data, comparison tools, build logic, page layouts, software, and other materials, is owned by WTTO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial research and shopping. You may not copy, scrape, crawl, reproduce, republish, sell, resell, bulk export, reverse engineer, or use WTTO content or data to build a competing product, database, model, or service without WTTO's written permission, except where allowed by applicable law.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to brand websites, merchant stores, videos, or other third-party services. Those destinations have their own terms, policies, pricing, and product information. WTTO is not responsible for third-party content or transactions after you leave the site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent or abusive requests, or use the content in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
WTTO may suspend access, block submissions, remove content, reject Build Requests, cancel suspected duplicate or fraudulent incentive claims, or take other action if we believe a user has violated these terms, submitted inaccurate or abusive information, interfered with the site, or attempted to misuse WTTO's tools, forms, incentives, or partner flows.
Privacy
WTTO's Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. The Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page explains applicable opt-out choices.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, WTTO disclaims warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, WTTO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on third-party pricing, availability, fitment, or manufacturer communications.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, WTTO's total liability for any claim related to the site, Build Requests, accessories, content, or these terms will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid directly to WTTO for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
To the maximum extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold WTTO harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, or content you submit to WTTO.
Governing law, disputes, and standard terms
These terms and any dispute related to the site, Build Requests, accessories, content, user submissions, incentives, or these terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that WTTO's internal company affairs and member or manager liability are governed by the law of WTTO's jurisdiction of formation.
Any dispute that is not subject to another written agreement will be handled in a court or forum with proper jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect. These terms, together with any additional terms shown on specific pages, forms, offers, or checkout flows, are the entire agreement between you and WTTO regarding your use of the site.
WTTO may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and publish the revised terms here. Your continued use of the site after revised terms are posted means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
